Our Menus

Our menus are designed to offer just one thing: wholesome, honest, traditional and contemporary Caribbean food. We have tried to include popular dishes from across the region together with some new contemporary additions such as Jerk Burgers (just for fun).

We are proud to offer food that in most cases is prepared and marinated on site by our excellent and dedicated group of chefs.

As a 'family' orientated restaurant we guarantee the little ones won’t miss out with our dedicated kids menu.

Please note that our full A La Carte menu is available Monday to Friday from 5pm and all day Saturday & Sunday.

We have recently added a Pick & Mix buffet offering at the Family Stratford branch - just the ticket for those who can't make up their minds what to choose, or for those who are new to Caribbean food and would like to try a few dishes together.

Menu

As we believe good food should be healhty food we also offer a healthy salad bar which includes classic salad bar options as well as some imaginative additions and fruits so that you can achieve your 5-a-Day healthy eating objectives.

We love Caribbean food and we know once you’ve tried it you’ll want to take the vibes back with you. If you want to add some sun to your home cooking why not try the same authentic ingredients we use a selection of Grace products.
